gconf-editor software package provides editor for the GConf configuration system, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gconf-editor
gconf-editor is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gconf-editor package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gconf-editor *
You will get with gconf-editor package name, version, architecture and description in a table
